Protect Our Oceans, Preserve their Future.
It all starts with a wave.

Transparent Grass-Roots Techniques
One of the most effective ways to promote awareness is through storytelling. By constructing narratives around the flora and fauna we find throughout our oceans, we can capture the imagination of diverse audiences. Sharing compelling stories about bioluminescent organisms, complex ecosystems, or the intricate social structures of ocean life we can help bridge the gap between scientific discovery and public interest.
Visual media plays a pivotal role in this communication. Footage from ocean explorations reveals vibrant coral reefs, mesmerizing sea-life, and the beauty of the undiscovered. Engaging podcasts and social media posts can make these unseen wonders accessible, sparking curiosity and inspiring action to protect our oceans.
Collaborative initiatives that involve scientists, educators, and local communities can amplify the message. Workshops, educational programs, and citizen science projects enable individuals to connect with the ocean on a personal level. By participating in the exploration and conservation of marine environments, people are more likely to advocate for more sustainable practices.
Moreover, leveraging technology—such as social media platforms and incredible footage provides us with the opportunity to share parts of the world that may be inaccessible to many.

Scientific Education Outreach
Collaboration with not only individuals, but schools and communities alike gives us an opportunity to share scientific finding, spreading the knowledge of important conservation research. Scientist and biologist work for years studying specific research projects and this is our chance to share what has been their life’s work. Showing that what they do each and everyday matters to not only the public but the planet as a whole.
We are a small group of zoological specialists that discover daily how important it is to make sure we can properly articulate and get our message across to the world. Our message that it takes every single person, including you reading this, to stand a chance at forming a sustainable planet. Small ripples create big waves.
Taking our message to school and showing students that they are each capable of changing the world is vital. We want to take this message as far as we can, utilizing social media gives us that ability. However, the biggest change is when you apply this education and share it with those around you.

Communicating and Sharing Largely Unknown Parts of the Ocean
With so much of the ocean to discover, we have a unique opportunity to turn our curiosity into action. Simple things like beach clean ups give us a chance to share knowledge and nurture curiosity. Furthering out communication to those may not have a scientific understanding of our underwater world.
With hopes of spreading knowledge our goal is to engage those who may not be as passionate but can help put a stop to misinformation. Technology is constantly evolving and therefor more and more discoveries of the vast ocean become uncovered. Therefore, it is a critical point in our history to make sure everyone is updated on the information that scientist have dedicated their life to.
Even with so much of the ocean covering our planet there are some who have no connection to it and may have not ever seen what it has to show. It’s our job as a society to make sure everyone near and far has the same opportunities and chance to grow close to this critical part of our lives.
